About me
I offer psychotherapeutic support to individuals with issues such as anxiety, phobias, smoking dependency, pain management, Functional Neurological Disorders, self esteem issues and I can support with almost any psychological problem.
I am qualified to utilise a wide range of hypnotherapeutic techniques such as NLP, Eriksonian, CBT and solution-focused.
An initial consultation of up to 30 mins is free and I can offer this both in person and online. You can book this free consultation through my website.
During the initial consultation, we will have a discussion, I will ask helpful questions, listen carefully to your responses and suggest the appropriate therapies that would be most suitable for your individual needs. If you decide to proceed we will agree a plan and the number of sessions.
Support can be provided at my private therapy room at 88A Orrell Road, Orrell Wigan, Lancashire, WN5 8HB or online.
I also offer Mindfulness, Reiki, Animal Reiki and Canine Massage. My work with animals only takes place at the clients' home.
I have a lengthy background in Education having taught English for 23 years and previously being an Assistant Principal in a High School. I therefore have great confidence and experience in working with young people.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice.
