About me
I simply specialise in getting Results. When I work with my clients, I initially look at three areas. Where are you now? Where would you like to be? What's stopping making the required changes? Using this model, I am able to effectively deal with a vast array of conditions and often work on coaching clients in many different aspects of their lives.
I've taken several clients on the journey from client to practitioner, so I fully believe in a completely holistic approach and by that I mean, going from pain to not in pain is not enough, I want my clients to flourish, to thrive and to achieve all that they can.
I combine aspects of all of the modalities in which I'm trained, as I am committed to getting the absolute best results for and from my clients.
I’ve worked extensively with anxiety and trauma and also had clients have great success with weight loss, public speaking, eating disorders, smoking cessation and many other unwanted conditions or thought patterns.
I truly believe that we are all amazing human beings capable of astonishing feats and our bodies, given the correct environment within both mind and body can be healing machines.
