About me
Hi there, thank you for looking at my profile! I am Luanne and I am a qualified Hypnotherapy Practitioner with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching skills and I’m registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I currently work in Woman's Health and Well-being and have experience with both adult women and younger teenage girls.
I have also worked for the NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner in Anaesthetics for 23 yrs and have a BSc Hons Degree in Health Studies. I‘m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I really enjoy helping women with issues such as stress and anxiety, overwhelm and fatigue, negative thinking, improving mindset, sleep problems and building confidence and self esteem. I provide many tools and techniques to help with these issues in my coaching sessions and also provide bespoke therapeutic hypnotherapy tailored to your needs. After each session you are provided with a hypnosis audio to continue listening to and further increase the benefits.
I also have experience with fertility and supporting women during IVF, chronic pain, IBS, menopause, headaches, functional nausea and emetophobia. I also deal with fears and phobias such as exam nerves, dental phobia, needle phobia and fear of flying.
I support women in person at my clinic in Truro Cornwall or do sessions online via video call. Hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom calls work just as well as in person. You only need to find a comfy place you won’t be disturbed, where can rest back with some headphones on, with your camera and screen facing you. The coaching phase is done whilst chatting one to one over the video call.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
