About me

Hypnotherapy changed my life many years ago after suffering from panic attacks. I decided to train in order to help others overcome many debilitating issues.

Life is difficult and sometimes it throws us a curve ball whatever the issue is Hypnotherapy can help.

Because everyone is different there isn't a "one size fits all" hypnotherapy.  We are all unique so when we meet I take time to consider your needs and put together a specific plan for you.  I understand that some issues are difficult to talk about so please be re-assured that every clients needs are treated as confidential and having worked with the hearing and visually impaired, the homeless and after volunteering on a crisis line I have a very open mind.

I'm the BAThH Secretary - BAThH is the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists and NLP Practitioners - please see our website for videos about Hypnotherapy and how it could help you.

For an honest, open and friendly approach please either call or email me - I would love to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hyp. Dip, HDipCT

I went through training over a year, it is extremely important that you visit a qualified Hypnotherapist who also continues with CPD (Continued Professional Development).

Throughout my Hypnotherapy career I have worked with clients with alcohol abuse, anxiety, eating problems and eating disorders, food addiction, gastric band hypnosis, phobias, quitting smoking, cannabis and other drug abuse, solution focused hypnotherapy (helping you reach your potential) and weight loss.  I also have experience of dealing with victims of abuse and relationship issues.

I've also helped sports people enhance their game and University students with exam anxieties.

Hypnotherapy can help with so many issues helping you to live the life that you want to lead.

I also train Hypnotherapists with Zetta Thomelin at HeadTogether in Deal.
