About me

Hypnotherapy changed my life many years ago after suffering from panic attacks. I decided to train to be able to help others overcome many debilitating issues.

Because everyone is different there isn't a "one size fits all" hypnotherapy.  We are all unique so when I meet you I take time to consider your needs and put together a specific plan for you.

I understand that some issues are difficult to talk about so please be re-assured that every clients needs are treated as confidential and having worked with the hearing and visually impaired, the homeless and after volunteering on a crisis line I have a very open mind with everyone who visits me.

I'm the BAThH Secretary - BAThH is the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists and NLP Practitioners - please see our website for videos about Hypnotherapy and how it could help you.

For an honest and open approach please either call or email me - I would love to hear from you.

If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
