About me

I offer a friendly and professional environment for clients to resolve a range of issues from weight loss, insomnia, smoking, stress and anxiety, phobias, self confidence and many more by using the best available techniques.

My personal journey through many experiences and teachings has led me to the understanding that each individual has the natural ability to heal and resolve and create a balance with clarity and harmony.   I believe people have many imbalances be it physical, emotional or spiritual in their lives and believe each individual can resolve and heal what troubles them by themselves and my role is to facilitate the process in a more direct and focussed way and always delivers 100%.

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and offer a confidential and safe environment.  I will help you to overcome the things that stand between you and your goals and tailor the session/s according to your needs and will help you resolve your issues as quickly and as safely as possible.

If you would like a free chat with any queries about hypnotherapy please contact me by email on my website or by telephone.
