About me

As an Integrative Hypnotherapist, I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm to find deep rest, inner peace, and renewed confidence in daily life.

My approach is gentle yet dynamic - blending hypnotherapy with trauma-informed techniques to unlock your natural ability to heal, grow, and reconnect.

I work with clients who have experienced:

  • Persistent anxiety, including social anxiety
  • Childhood trauma or complex emotional wounds
  • Adult trauma, including relationship breakdowns, abuse, or sudden life changes
  • Grief and bereavement, whether recent or unresolved

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck - trapped in cycles of worry, sleepless nights, and emotional exhaustion. Often, they have tried other approaches and still feel disconnected from life or relationships.

Through personalised, compassionate sessions, I help you:

  • Sleep more deeply and restfully - so your body and mind can heal naturally
  • Feel safer and more in control - releasing past patterns and emotional triggers
  • Approach each day with clarity and energy - free from the weight of the past
  • Reconnect socially and emotionally - regaining trust, confidence, and joy in connection with yourself and others.

Together, we gently explore the root of your experience, reframe limiting beliefs, and rebuild inner safety and self-worth. My integrative method respects your pace and your story - combining hypnosis with NLP, somatic healing and coaching to create lasting, meaningful change.

My goal is not just symptom relief, it’s to help you reclaim the parts of yourself that have been silenced or lost, so you can move forward with more peace, more presence, and more possibility.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
