About me
Sometimes the mind needs a little help finding its way back to calm. I’m a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist working with adults, teens, and children in Bath, and online. My background in psychology means I work in a clear, structured way, helping you understand what your brain is doing and how to shift it towards a calmer, more balanced state.
Sessions are forward-focused, not sitting in the past. Instead, I guide you towards healthier responses, new thought patterns, and a clearer sense of direction, using hypnosis as a gentle tool to support relaxation and reinforce progress.
