About me
Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in thoughts that won't switch off, especially at night? I'm Laura, a solution focused Hypnotherapist in Bath, working with adults, teens, and children in person and online.
I help people struggling with sleep problems, panic attacks, anxiety, stress, understand what's happening in their brain, and how to shift it towards calm. My background in psychology means sessions are clear and structured, grounded in how the mind actually works.
Rather than sitting in the past, we work forward, building healthier thought patterns, calmer responses, and a clearer sense of direction. Hypnosis is used gently, to support relaxation and reinforce the progress you make.

Further information
Sessions take place in my own private practice room on Great Putney Street, in the heart of Bath. A calm, comfortable, and fully confidential space, complete with the comfiest sofa to relax into. It's also a relaxed, welcoming space for teens and children, fun and engaging, and far from clinical.
My approach is solution focused and forward looking: sessions are shaped around you, not a fixed script, drawing on psychology and neuroscience ro help your brain build calmer, healthier patterns. there's no pressure and no judgement, just a space to be genuinely heard.
