About me
I’m an anxiety specialist with lived experience – so I don’t just understand anxiety from a textbook, I’ve known it in my own life. I know how it feels to be stuck in the spiral of overthinking, racing thoughts, and the invisible weight that anxiety brings.
In my work, I help people gently break free from that cycle. My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in real transformation. I blend powerful hypnotherapy techniques with deep empathy to create a space where you can finally breathe, feel safe, and start to reclaim your peace.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with Chrysalis Not-for-Profit Ltd in a wide range of hypnotherapy approaches, including anxiety, confidence, performance, smoking cessation, weight loss, and more. While I’m skilled in many areas, I’ve chosen to specialise in anxiety – a subject I’m deeply passionate about through both personal and professional experience.
I’m committed to continuous growth and regularly invest in CPD (continuing professional development) to keep my skills up to date. I also have a particular interest in IMR (ideomotor response) regression and parts therapy – powerful techniques that help uncover and resolve the deeper, often hidden, roots of anxiety. My aim is always to create a safe, supportive space where real and lasting change can begin.
Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
