About me
I am a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTT), Heal Your Life Teacher and Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Sleep Coach.
Having overcome and resolved my own sleep and anxiety issues of over 45 years, I now help exhausted women resolve and manage their sleep, anxiety and stress so they can live an energetic life to the full.
