About me
As an advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist my aim is to help you get the results and create the change you desire.
I am a Certified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Havening Practitioner and PSYCH K Facilitator. I began my career as a Registered Nurse and gained extensive knowledge and expertise in nursing in both the UK and Ireland.
Having many numerous personal challenges, including grief, loss, trauma and anxiety due to the tragic and untimely loss of both my parents. Raising my children amidst many other difficult and stressful circumstances, I spent many years discovering and mastering our own innate healing abilities to help cope with the many challenges we all encounter in life. Driven by my lifelong passion for helping others, using a tailored approach with these alternative and complementary therapies.
