About me
You understand why you do it. You’ve probably talked it through, maybe more than once. And it still keeps happening.
That’s not a willpower problem. It’s a pattern. Anxiety that never quite switches off. Anger that lands on the people you love. Burnout you keep promising to deal with once things calm down. Habits you’ve quit a dozen times. A memory that still hits your body as if it were happening now. Different problems, often the same thing running underneath.
I work on that pattern directly. Not coping strategies. Change. I find where it started, then change it where it runs, mostly with clinical hypnotherapy, and with EMDR when the root turns out to be a specific memory still firing in the present. Psychology and NLP sit alongside. I choose the approach to fit the person in front of me, not the other way round. We don’t spend months retelling the story. Most people notice a shift within a few sessions.
I didn’t come to this from a textbook. I spent 25 years building businesses and working with some of the UK’s biggest brands. From the outside it all looked right. It wasn’t. Burnout. Broken relationships. The sense that something was off. The inner work changed that, so I trained properly: an MSc in Psychology, an MSc in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR and NLP. I did this work on myself first.
I see founders and senior leaders. I see people who’ve never been near a boardroom. The pattern doesn’t care about your job title, and neither do I. A lot of the people I work with carry ADHD traits, diagnosed or not. I don’t treat that as a label. It’s a strength once you know how to run it.
My room near Harrietsham, just outside Maidstone, is private and quiet. Nothing to perform, nothing to prove. Hypnotherapy works just as well online. EMDR is in person.
The first session is two hours. We build a full picture and a plan of the work, so you know exactly what we’re doing and why.

I practise privately, 1:1, from a room near Harrietsham in Kent and online. I choose the approach to fit the person in front of me rather than running everyone through the same method, and the first session is a full two hours, so there is a clear picture and a plan before any work starts.
