About me
Hi, I'm Joe Quieros, a qualified hypnotherapist, coach, licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and author.
I can offer you a safe place to be, to talk through your concerns and to help you find ways through to living your life, free and unlimited by self-limiting beliefs, bad habits, fear or anxiety.
Life is for living not surviving so if you are not excited for the new day ahead let's make some changes so that life is as enjoyable as you want it to be.
What is Hypnotherapy and how can it help me?
Hypnotherapy is a beautiful relaxed state of mind. It is not stage hypnotism in front of an audience and you will not be made to do anything silly!
Although in trance, you will still be in control of yourself and can allow yourself to relax and be comfortable.
Hypnotherapy and coaching will enable you to find your inner strength and courage if you feel you are lost in self doubt or low self-esteem. We can help get you back to feeling positive and manage overwhelming emotions or past traumas so that they no longer control your thoughts and actions.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to see if we can work together and assess our next steps. It is important that you choose a therapist you feel comfortable with so take advantage of free consultations and ask questions.
What to expect in your first session
We will talk through your current situation and I will ask you questions to understand what is going on, what your hopes and goals are and how to help you.
We work at your pace and in the ways that you are comfortable. My clinic is in Witham Osteopathic Clinic and is a quiet, relaxing space for you to take time for yourself and your healing.
Who do I help?
I work with adolescents and adults, individuals and couples, and have 14 years of experience teaching in secondary schools. I also have experience in industry and advertising and parenthood and divorce so I have personal experiences in a range of situations which helps me to understand yours.
What else do I offer?
I also offer group workshops and retreat days where we can work collectively, helping each other as we discover more about ourselves and what makes us behave as we do, and find ways to change what needs changing. Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
