About me

I am a CNHC-registered hypnotherapist and I am here to support through your own personal journey of positive change.  I can help you resolve issues related to unhelpful emotions, thoughts and behaviours that are affecting you today - including anxiety, self-esteem, phobias, weight management and addiction.  My training in Hypno-Psychotherapy means that I can also draw on a number of approaches and techniques to help meet your needs at a deeper level if that will help.

I provide a safe space to explore whatever you need to help you move forwards and I work with people from all walks of life.  I will always welcome you with respect, openness and encouragement.

I am currently providing therapy face-to-face at Treat-Norwich.  If you wish to make an appointment, you can contact the Reception Team on 01603 514195.  I also have (limited) availability for online appointments.

Please get in touch today to find out a bit more about how I work and how I can help you.  We can have an informal chat and if you decide hypnotherapy with me is right for you, we can get a first appointment scheduled asap.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Worry and repetitive negative thoughts

Perfectionism

Unwanted habits

Learning how to relax

Lack of self-belief

Free initial telephone session

Additional information

Depending on your goal, the length of your therapy will change.  While some individuals only need a few sessions of hypnotherapy, others may benefit from a longer process but I will always tailor the number of sessions to you as an individual and what you're wanting to achieve.

If you would like to find out more about my fees and availability, please get in touch by phone or email.  Hypnotherapy sessions last for 50 minutes and I will always try to be flexible with finding an appointment time that suits you.

The first appointment is an initial consultation of 45 minutes.  This allows you to ask any questions you may have, ensures that I can understand what you are looking to achieve and provides the opportunity for us to discuss effective ways of working together.  Following this initial consultation, if you decide to come for hypnotherapy, I will continue to review how we work together each session and ensure the approach is always collaborative.

Further information

I know that it can be difficult to choose a therapist online so please feel free to get in touch for a no obligation chat - it's important that you feel comfortable with your chosen therapist and understand everything you want to before starting therapy.  I will always be happy to answer any questions you have.  The first step is just to take one - so take that first step today and give me a call or drop me an email.

Best wishes and I look forward to speaking to you,

Jenny

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
