About me

I'm Jayne, a qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor, and IEMT practitioner with extensive knowledge and years of experience dedicated to helping you live your best life.

My career originally began in logistics, managing distribution for various blue-chip companies. During this time, conducting staff appraisals ignited my passion for helping people.

I've always been fascinated by human behaviour and why we do the things we do. After facing my own life struggles and benefiting from therapy, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist.

My clinic is based within my home, away from the busy clinic I used to share!  I've created a warm and relaxing environment in which you will instantly feel at ease in. A safe space, allowing you to open up and be your true authentic self, free from judgment.

I’ve helped many people from all walks of life, with difficulties or issues that are limiting and preventing them from living their best life.

info Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Transform Your Thoughts, Transform Your Life

I specialize in anxiety management, drawing from my personal experience with it many years ago. The insights I have gained would have been invaluable back then, and they fuel my passion for helping others navigate their anxiety today. Anxiety manifests in various ways, from physical symptoms to deeper, underlying causes or triggers. My role is to delve into these layers and guide you towards living your best life.

Anxiety is often a natural response to pressure, fear, or perceived threats, affecting us physically, mentally, and behaviourally. However, when anxiety becomes overwhelming and disrupts daily life, it can lead to constant worry, avoidance of situations, and difficulty interacting with others.

Anxiety stems from diverse situations and life experiences, making its impact highly personal. If you asked 50 people what anxiety means to them, you'd likely receive 50 different answers. Sometimes, anxiety has no obvious triggers, making it even more overwhelming and distressing, potentially leading to a fear of anxiety itself and even panic attacks.

For those who haven't experienced anxiety, it can be challenging to understand and may feel like losing control. Simply discussing your feelings can provide significant relief. I offer a range of therapeutic tools, including hypnotherapy, counseIling, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), to help you regain control and manage your anxiety effectively.
