For the last 14 years I've studied a wide array of cutting edge psychological techniques. This enables me to draw from a broad spectrum of behavioural change methods including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and Design Human Engineering.
As I don't just work with any one particular methodology, I now refer to myself as a Rapid Change Consultant. In fact, it is my ability to combine and cherry pick the very best techniques from these differing fields that enables me to powerfully help people to rapidly create more happiness, wealth and abundance in their lives and give them the strategies to overcome the limitations that previously held them back.

As a therapist I am slightly unusual in that this is not about long drawn out therapy where people come in "week in - week out" to talk about their problems, nor is it about getting people to understand where their problem came from. It's simply about giving people strategies for helping them to develop better mental processes (a new perspective as it were) so that can they can take charge and be the driver of their own neurology!
After 1 session we chat a week later over the phone and work out if any further sessions are needed (it is rare that I need to work with anyone for more than 3 sessions.)
Depending on what techniques work for you… after each session I provide you with either a tailored audio programme you or I email you bespoke techniques for you to practice etc.
Q: If I see you about a phobia... Will you make me do the thing I am afraid of?
A: Relax… no one is made to confront their issue through exposure!
I teach you some simple but effective strategies for getting rid of fear and at the same time break the old negative patterns and associations in your mind.
I will then help you to create a new set of resources and a new perspective at the unconscious level so that you find yourself feeling free from your fears / phobias…
Q: Will it last?
A: I hear people say this to me all the time. Somehow, many of us have brought into the notion that behavioural change has to be slow, difficult and painful. Well this is simply not true!.
People find it hard to believe that 1-session could change the way you think in a lasting way.
However, if you stop and think about it… this is how the brain works. For example, take a look at fears / phobias... they often start from one bad experience?
E.g. Someone gets attacked by a dog… the attack last only 30 seconds… but the person is now afraid forever (or until they see me!)
Just think… if one 30 second experience with a dog can change your behaviour in a lasting way… what can a trained expert do for you if you give him a whole hour!
