Using a large number of interchangeable techniques drawing from Hypnotherapy, Positive Psychology and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) allows me to treat each client as an individual and create a bespoke treatment plan based on the client’s model of the world.

As a practitioner of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I believe that each client already has the tools they need to help themselves. My job is to work with them to develop those tools and their strengths with coping strategies in order that they can achieve the change they desire.

People enter into a state of trance every day of their lives without realising it.  Have you ever driven a familiar journey and when you reach your destination have no recollection of the journey?  This is an example of everyday trance and it is this state that I will utilise with you in your sessions with me.

I offer an free initial consultation via zoom.  This allows you to ask me any questions you many have and to give me a brief overview of how you would like your help.  I can then tell you a little about me and how I work,  this allow us to be sure that we are a good fit to work together.  I will not take on a client if I don't genuinely feel I can help them.

Do I offer any guarantees?

I am unable to offer any guarantees other than that I will commit to work with you to the best of my ability to help you achieve your desired outcome.

What do I expect of you?

I expect you to come to me with an open mind and engage in the process to help you get the most out of our sessions.  We will work together as a team to help you achieve your end goal.

At times I may set you work to do in between sessions to back up the work we have done together.

How do I book an appointment ?

Telephone or email me and I will arrange to book you in for a free initial online consultation.  If we then decide to work together you can see me online or Face to Face.
