About me

I am a cognitive hypnotherapist and use a variety of different techniques from positive psychology, evolutionary psychology, cognitive behaviour, NLP and hypnotherapy to create a bespoke programme for each individual client. I believe in working with each client as an individual rather than focussing on the label of the presenting issue.

Hypnotherapy uses the unconscious part of your mind to gently help address issues and to help you achieve lasting change.  This is a part of your mind that you use every day when completing familiar tasks so, it is a part of your brain that you are used to accessing.

I can teach you a variety of techniques that you can use in your every day life to help you deal with situations in a more positive manner and help give you back control in situations whilst working with you on the root cause of any problems that you are struggling with which will allow you to achieve a lasting change and improvement.

I can help you with:-

·        Anxiety

·        Stress

·        Phobias

·        Smoking Cessation

·        Loss & Bereavement

·        Dealing with Menopause

·        Limiting Beliefs

·        Lack of Confidence and much more

I am also one of a limited number of therapists trained in Sequent Repatterning which is a therapy that has been specifically develeoped to help people suffering with Misophonia.

NOTHING IS OUT OF REACH WITH COGNITIVE HYPNOTHERAPY…

Using a large number of interchangeable techniques drawing from Hypnotherapy, Positive Psychology and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) allows me to treat each client as an individual and create a bespoke treatment plan based on the client’s model of the world.

As a practitioner of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I believe that each client already has the tools they need to help themselves. My job is to work with them to develop those tools and their strengths with coping strategies in order that they can achieve the change they desire.

People enter into a state of trance every day of their lives without realising it.  Have you ever driven a familiar journey and when you reach your destination have no recollection of the journey?  This is an example of everyday trance and it is this state that I will utilise with you in your sessions with me.
