About me

Hi, I’m Hannah, a qualified hypnotherapist, healthcare leader and mum.

For many years I owned and led a successful healthcare business, supporting individuals, families and teams through some of life’s most challenging circumstances. Alongside running a business and raising a family, I saw first-hand the impact that stress, anxiety, burnout and self-doubt can have on our wellbeing, relationships and ability to enjoy life.

Although I could improve systems and provide practical support, I became increasingly aware that lasting change often comes from within. That realisation inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist, so I could help people create meaningful change at a deeper level.

Today, I combine my clinical hypnotherapy training with years of experience supporting people in demanding, high-pressure environments. My approach is calm, compassionate, and tailored to you. I believe every person has the capacity to overcome obstacles and move forward with greater confidence when they have the right support.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low confidence, unwanted habits, fears or simply feel stuck, I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to help you understand what’s holding you back and develop lasting, positive change.

My goal is not simply to help you cope but to help you thrive - so you can feel calmer, more confident and more in control of your life.

How I Work

I use a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, and therapeutic conversation to help you access the subconscious mind, where many of our automatic thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses are formed.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation. You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and together we work towards the goals that are most important to you.

My aim is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to equip you with the tools and mindset to create meaningful, lasting change.

My qualifications and training include:

  • Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy – Quest Institute
  • BSc (Hons) Psychology – Open University
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
  • 13+ years of experience leading and managing healthcare services, supporting individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Hypnotherapy

  • Online sessions: £75 per session
  • In-person sessions: £95 per session

Business Coaching

  • Individual coaching sessions: £150 per session
