About me

Hi, I’m Francis Carter, a solution-focused hypnotherapist based in Manchester. I specialise in helping people overcome challenges like anxiety, OCD, and stress (and much more), using a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis. My approach is all about guiding you to make small, meaningful changes to get you closer to your goals, whether that’s reducing anxiety or breaking free from old habits.

My sessions are done online.

If you’re ready to take that first step towards a calmer, more balanced life, I’d love to help.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, having trained with the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT). My training included a focus on practical, evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve real, lasting change. I also hold a degree in Counselling, Coaching, and Mentoring, which deepens my understanding of therapeutic approaches. Since establishing my practice in 2021, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, specialising in areas such as anxiety, OCD, and stress (and much more). My approach is compassionate and tailored to each individual’s needs.
