About me

My name is Ella. I'm a Master Practitioner Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Pain Neuroscience Educator, TRE Provider, Buteyko Breathing Instructor and Health Coach. Working from my welcoming treatment room in the heart of Hastings, or online, I offer a free 30 min consultation to find out if we are the right fit. I can help you overcome anxiety, chronic pain, depression, stress, trauma and limiting beliefs.

I can also assist you to stop smoking, improve your self esteem and self compassion, recover from phobias, reverse insomnia, eliminate symptoms of breathlessness, manage and improve chronic health conditions and move on from addictions.

I have additional training in Havening techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and Eye Movement Integration (EMI).

Everybody has the right to excellent mental, physical and emotional health, and everybody can heal, given the right conditions.

Using my extensive expertise and with a flexible, personalised approach, we can work together to find those conditions.

By guiding you to understand your mind and how it works, exploring the thought processes and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, working with your nervous system to bring connection and balance, and using science based tools and techniques, we can effect fast, deep and lasting positive change.

I can help you make peace with your past, find joy in the present, and create the future you deserve.
