I use the latest techniques in hypnotherapy, for successful results! I am a qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor and nurse with over 20 years experience in the medical profession. Feeling the pressure of life at the moment? I practise face to face therapy in a safe environment, also online video conferencing if required.
I provide affordable hypnotherapy to help you deal and overcome whatever your issue may be and to accomplish your goals. Hypnotherapy can also help improve your general well being and make you feel better mentally and physically and also make positive changes in the way you think and feel about yourself.
- I specialise in Hypno Gastric band, Weight Control, addictions including QuitSmoking and Panic and Anxiety issues, Fears and phobias, The Menopause.
I tailor each session to your needs, so that you will have time and space to talk in confidence. It is a completely safe environment and you are always in control. It is important for you to feel comfortable with me, so for that reason, the first meeting is for me to find out about you, which enables me to assess how I can help you tackle your issues and get an idea of how many sessions are needed. Also, for you to ask any questions you may have about forthcoming sessions. A taster hypnotherapy session is included at the end of the initial consultation.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
