Dr Dominika Chalder
Hi, my name is Dominika Chalder.
Not feeling yourself lately? Feeling stressed, anxious, stuck, confused or sad? Or perhaps you're dealing with a particular emotional problem? I imagine you’ve found your way here because you’re looking to make changes in your life. I can help you overcome these stumbling unconscious blocks naturally with a new and innovative approach to therapy. I tailor my approach to work with your specific needs and teach you how you can achieve healthy emotion regulation and balanced mental states in difficult situations. I focus only on practical solutions and I integrate the most effective strategies from modern talking therapies (CBT, ACT, SFBT, Gestalt) with latest research from neuroscience, hypnosis and mindfulness so that within few weeks you will notice genuine and positive changes in your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Throughout my career, I successfully helped many people with challenges that we all face today – chronic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, fear of failure, motivation, imposter syndrome, poor boundaries, depression, physical exhaustion and burnout.
They achieved inner resilience to stress, psychological flexibility and capacity to think clearly and creatively in any given situation, and so can you! Through experiential learning, you will absorb skills quickly that are essential in coping better with difficulties without having to spend significant time learning complicated techniques.
If you think a tailored, bespoke approach is right for you and you’re ready to experience what better feels like, book your free, introductory session today.
