Dominika Chalder (PhD, HPD) - Specialist in stress, anxiety and emotional issues
Hello, my name is Dominika Chalder.
I imagine you’ve found your way here because you’re looking to make changes in your life. Not feeling yourself lately? Feeling anxious, stuck, confused or sad? I might be able to help you. My experience of dealing with millennial stress and anxiety allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the impacts of our modern way of living and working on our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Through my career, I gained insights into the challenges that many professionals face today – chronic stress, fear of failure, anxiety, imposter syndrome, poor boundaries, depression, physical exhaustion and burnout.
I teach how to achieve psychological flexibility and improve inner resilience to stress. Through practical psychoeducation and experiential learning, you will absorb skills that are essential in coping better with difficulties without having to spend significant time learning complicated techniques. The aim is to help you resolve your unconscious blocks and develop a greater capacity to think clearly and creatively in any given situation.

This combined with a compassionate, person-centred approach developed by 10 years of personal Mindfulness Zen practice allows me to be present and focused on my clients’ requirements.

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
