A Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Counsellor based in Bedfordshire. Blending neuroscience, therapy, and storytelling to make emotional wellbeing feel less clinical, more human. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, overthinking, or just feeling emotionally cluttered- I offer a compassionate, practical space where change doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I can also help with phobias and smoking cessation.
My approach is rooted in neuroscience, and designed to help you shift gently from survival mode into a mindset that supports growth and self-trust. Sessions are structured but soothing, evidence-based yet empathetic. I believe therapy should feel like a deep exhale, not a deep dive into discomfort.

Qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist (DSFH, HPD). Registered with MNCH, fully insured with an enhanced DBS.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
