I am a fully qualified and highly experienced Hypno-CBT Practitioner covering the Caterham, Croydon, South London, and North Surrey areas. I am also a qualified Life Coach and NLP practitioner. Some of the issues I deal with include, stress, anxiety, insomnia, self-esteem, confidence at work and socialising, stopping smoking and vaping. I also work in the sports and arts fields - improving mindsets and performance to create successful flow states.
My Hypnotherapy is a little different to most as it is combined with CBT, making it a highly powerful, evidence-based approach.
My sessions are highly outcome-driven and are based on the goals we have worked through and agreed on. They feature proven science-based techniques, tools, and scripts that are recorded for use between sessions. I set homework, measure progress, and work to produce change as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Over the years, I have helped hundreds of clients overcome anxiety, panic attacks, and stress. My reviews often mention my work as being ‘life-changing’.
I also take great pride in saving lives with my stop smoking and vaping program, having been a smoker myself some years ago and losing loved ones to this awful and expensive habit.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

I have worked in advertising, marketing, and film for over 20 years as a writer, creative director, and producer.
My people and communication skills are exceptional (please see my website and Bark profile for reviews), and I bring a wealth of experience, humanity and humour to my sessions. As I have had to work through my own issues, I have the empathy, humility and first-hand knowledge of what it takes to overcome these challenges. I am non-judgmental and will bring everything I can to improve whatever aspect of yourself you want to work on to bring out the best version of yourself.
