About me

The change has happened. The anxiety hasn’t settled.

Maybe you’re replaying conversations long after they’ve ended. Maybe Sunday evenings bring a familiar dread before the week starts. Maybe you’re carrying everything for everyone and you’re tired all the time. Or maybe life has shifted, a move, a new job, a loss, a new role, and months later you still don’t feel like yourself.

I’m Daniela, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist working online. I help people with anxiety and everything that comes with it: overwhelm, stress, fear, self-doubt and low confidence. Many of my clients are living through big life changes. I know that experience from the inside. Anxiety is something I’ve navigated myself, and it’s part of why I do this work.

Anxiety isn’t a flaw in you. It’s a response to everything you’ve been carrying. The goal isn’t to make it disappear. It’s to help it take up less space, so there’s more room for you. Rather than fighting anxiety or pushing it away, we work on helping it settle. Bit by bit, the volume turns down.

My approach

I blend hypnotherapy with mindfulness and reflective journaling, and draw on NLP, EFT tapping and compassion-focused techniques where they help. My training in trauma-informed practice shapes how I work. You stay in control of the direction and the pace. You’re the expert on your own life, and we work together as a partnership. I’ll never push a rigid agenda.

I also look at the bigger picture: the environments, pressures and circumstances that shape how you feel. Change rarely happens in a straight line. Some weeks will feel lighter than others, and that’s all part of the process.

How we work together

We start with a free connection call. It’s just a hello, you don’t need to have it all figured out or know the right words.

If we decide to work together, my 1:1 package is a 90-minute intake session followed by five 60-minute sessions. Between sessions you’ll have audio recordings and journaling prompts to support you. If you need me in between, you can get in touch and I’ll reply within two working days.

Training, qualifications & experience

I run my own hypnotherapy and mindfulness practice in London, offering 1:1 hypnotherapy, group workshops and workplace wellbeing sessions.

I’ve delivered wellbeing sessions and workshops for organisations such as Expedia, PwC, The Howard de Walden Estate, Hill & Smith PLC and Goodman Masson. I’ve also worked with community and trauma-informed settings including Holborn Community Association, Solace, Luminary Bakery, The Zen Project and Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid.

In 2026 I was a teaching assistant on a residential mindfulness retreat, leading sessions on mindful movement, deep relaxation, and silence and deep listening.

Before my therapy work, I spent around six years in communications for charities and universities, including Diabetes UK and Women for Women International UK.
