About me

Hi,  I’m Catherine, welcome to Conceptual Minds Hypnotherapy.

It’s great that you are ready to focus on finding solutions and imagining positive changes to overcome things that currently hold you back.  There is nothing more satisfying in my work as a solution focused hypnotherapist than helping children (aged 10+) and adults from all walks of life achieve effective, natural and lasting changes in a short space of time - changes that they have often been trying to make for themselves for many years, with limited or no success.

I’ve spent over 27 years working and teaching in child development, mental health and therapy settings alongside my personal and professional experience of complex special educational and emotional needs. Like many, I am a working parent and unsurprisingly, the road travelled has certainly altered course and direction many times and life has been interesting and ever changing.

Often, living a positive full life can be a struggle - negative feelings, thoughts and issues can hold us back so much.  Let me help you reveal your personal inner skills and resources, imagine change, discover what you want from life and focus on solutions to begin a new path to a calm, balanced life. That journey can begin with solution focused hypnotherapy, a clinically verified future focused process which enables you to visualise solutions to overcome problems and establish positive and enduring change in a relatively short period of time. Solution focused hypnotherapy doesn’t focus on the problem, but instead reveals your own solutions; it’s your mind, it’s your way forward.  Sounds good?  It really is, I know because it has worked for both myself and my clients.

The combination of proven therapeutic techniques and a deep relaxation dreamlike trance state (that we all experience quite naturally in our everyday lives) helps make significant and positive changes. To date all my clients have been overjoyed with their results and all now feel more positive about the life they want ahead of them.

I offer a free telephone initial consultation (subsequent sessions are face to face, online, (home visits are arranged on request) which enables you to find the best way to move forward towards your goals, get back to the real you and look forward to a more positive life.

So, if you need assistance achieving what you want in life – and the ability to cope with and overcome issues, negative thoughts or actions, then please feel free to contact me - start your journey now and focus on what you want.
