About me

I have been  a fully qualified hypnotherapist since 2005 working in and around the Bromley area. My work is varied and challenging.

I love to work with the subconscious mind it never ceases to amaze me and I'm never happier than when I see the positive results of hypnotherapy whether its helping people lose weight, stop smoking or overcome stress and depression each day is so diverse.

Hypnotherapy can best be described as counselling for the subconscious mind
