About me
Hello, My name is Christine. I work with adults who feel stuck in a cycle of feeling anxious all the time and might even have obsessive thoughts or behaviours. A lot of my clients have tried many things before or have tried to push through on their own, but deep down, they long for real relief and the chance to feel like themselves again.
Through hypnotherapy, we work together to understand why you feel that way, release built-up tension, and uncover new ways of coping that feel natural and sustainable. Clients often notice a difference after the first few sessions. They report to feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours instead of being controlled, which in turn allows them to do the things they want to do and experience freedom and calm.
Over time, these changes begin to ripple out into daily life and my clients share that they can finally reclaim their life. With over 15 years of experience working with adults in higher education and corporate settings, I understand how relentless feelings of anxiety can be and I’m here to offer a supportive space where all of you is welcome.
