About me

Welcome!

After spending 10 years in retail management - helping customers feel confident and supporting colleagues in reaching their goals - I decided to follow my passion for helping people on a deeper level. I retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and I’m now fully accredited and committed to supporting individuals through a range of personal challenges.

I work with clients on a variety of issues including:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Fears and phobias
  • Stopping smoking or vaping
  • Exam and driving test nerves
  • Unhelpful eating habits

Taking the first step to address a personal issue can feel overwhelming - but it’s also the most powerful. In our sessions, we’ll work together to break down those barriers and move toward a happier, more fulfilling life.

Our work will be collaborative and focused on your goals. I offer sessions either online or in my comfortable and safe home therapy room - whichever works best for you.

Further information

I offer sessions both online and in-person from my comfortable, private home therapy room. Located in a quiet, peaceful setting, the space has been carefully designed to help you feel safe, relaxed, and at ease from the moment you arrive. Free parking is available nearby, and full address details will be provided upon booking.

Whether you choose to work with me online or in-person, I aim to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly and feel fully supported. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, using a gentle yet effective approach to help you make meaningful, lasting changes.

I follow a solution-focused, client-led style of hypnotherapy. This means we focus on your goals and the positive changes you want to achieve, rather than dwelling on the past. Our work together is collaborative, empowering you to regain control and move forward with confidence.
