About me
I believe that no two people are the same — and therapy shouldn’t be either. My approach is all about you: understanding where you are right now, and working together in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
I draw on a range of approaches, tailoring each session to suit your needs. This includes techniques such as Eye Movement Integration, a gentle process that uses guided eye movements to help the brain safely reprocess and release difficult or traumatic experiences.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, struggling with fears or negative thought patterns, or dealing with past experiences that still affect you, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you make sense of things and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy isn’t just about fixing what’s wrong. It can also be about creating what’s right. Many of my clients come to build confidence, find clarity, reconnect with themselves, or make positive, lasting changes — whether that’s stopping smoking or vaping, improving their relationship with food, or simply feeling more in control of their lives.
I also offer compassionate support for women through important life stages such as birth preparation and menopause, providing a calm, understanding space where you can feel heard and supported.
As a parent myself, I understand the real-life challenges that come with family life. This allows me to bring not only professional experience, but genuine empathy and understanding when working with parents, children, and teenagers.
If you’re ready for things to feel different, I’d love to hear from you.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
