About me
Hello I'm the Principal of The Bliss Hypnotherapy Practice. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner with 16 years experience. I am fully qualified and insured to practice.
I am known to be a warm, compassionate therapist, passionate about what I do and that shows in my commitment to my clients and their therapy. I get excellent results.
Although hypnotherapy and EFT can help with numerous different problems I specialise in self esteem and anxiety issues, helping you to feel as good as you possibly can about yourself. Enabling you to have a more calm, enjoyable life.
These are difficult times. Using a mix of counselling, hypnosis and EFT I take you to a better place, where you can deal with the issues that life has thrown at you.
You will leave with a feeling of well-being and empowerment and a knowledge that you are now able to get on with your life happier and healthier than ever before.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
