I am detail oriented and have a passion for writing detailed screeds to help you with whatever issue you bring.

Taking the time to listen to you and together we can work out the root cause of your issue.

 £40 for Smoking cessation 1 hour session

Weight loss – 4 sessions £120 or £40 if paying per session, discount applies to block payment and booking ONLY.

Anxiety, stress relief consist of 4 sessions £120 or £40 if paying per session, discount applies to block payment and booking ONLY.

Phobias  consist of 6 sessions. £160 or £40 if paying per session, discount applies to block payment and booking ONLY.

I offer appointments between the times of 10 till 1pm Monday to Friday and weekends (flexible hours).

I am Autistic and Non Binary and alternative.

There are some steps leading up to the main door of the therapy centre, there is a handrail for assistance. 

Rooms are available on the ground floor if preferred but upstairs rooms are available if downstairs are booked already. 

I can book an alternative venue if wheelchair access is needed, or I can work via Zoom if needed.
