About me

I passionately provide effective support so that you are empowered to take back control and make the changes you desire

Continually develop my knowledge and expertise so that I can offer the best service to my clients.
Offering personalised sessions to make therapy individual and powerful.

Taking the time to listen and understand to create genuine solutions to identify the most effective ways to produce the best result.

Highlighting the inner resources and strengths clients have within themselves to take back control of their lives.

The reason I love hypnotherapy is because it gives you the control to make the changes you want to see permanently in your life.

Starting off with a BA (Hons) in Drama and Scriptwriting, I realised that my interest was really about the characters that I was writing about. I was fascinated by what their 'why' was. Why they did what they did. What made them do the things they do. I have always been intrigued by what the turning point was in their stories.

I have always been interested in people’s journeys, which prompted me to explore this even further. I have seen throughout my life people struggle in some way or another and I wanted to be able to help and support them to make the difference they wanted.

Originally, I intended to become a counsellor, but I fell in love with how effective and hands-on hypnotherapy is. I saw the changes that people could make, and I knew I wanted to be a part of their journeys. I love the fact that it is you who makes the changes in a sustainable way.

Take the first step

  • Sometimes seeking help can be very scary. Admitting to ourselves there is something that we need to work on is not any easier.
  • You may have tried numerous therapies before and never found something that works, or if it does, it never seems to last. How many diets start on Monday and end on Tuesday? How many new year’s resolutions don't succeed past January. Does this sound like you?
  • Just because something didn't work the first time, or maybe even the second time, does not mean that it can't be achieved. It just means we are one step closer to finding the method that works for us.

I will offer my knowledge and skills in a professional and effective way to help you take back control and achieve your goals. Making changes doesn't have to be painful, get in touch and see how I can help you.
