About me

If you’re facing a difficult time or seeking support, I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in warmth, inclusivity, and deep understanding. I provide a safe, supportive space where we can create personalised, transformative solutions tailored to your unique needs. As a Senior Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Performance & Confidence Coach (BA Hons., DHP, DSFH, HPD, CNHC, AfSFH, MNCH Reg.), I offer both online and in-person support for adults – both neurotypical and neurodivergent - helping them manage anxiety, stress and life’s many challenges.

Building Confidence & Resilience
With over 13 years of experience in therapeutic practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the public and private sectors. My expertise lies in empowering clients to overcome social anxiety challenges such as stage fright, workplace stress, and public speaking fears, helping them develop resilience and confidence in high-pressure environments. I offer public speaking therapy with or without hypnosis, ensuring individuals can build confidence in a way that aligns with their preferences. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals in specialised fields, from elite athletes and professional performing artists (including live music, television, theatre, and conceptual arts) to professionals in civil service, law, and creative industries. I’ve helped junior doctors overcome exam anxiety and supported legal professionals in achieving a healthier work-life balance.

Tailored Support for Your Unique Journey
Beyond workplace and performance coaching, I assist individuals facing personal challenges such as preparing for medical procedures, supporting injured athletes through recovery, and Managing stress-related conditions like IBS, shy bladder syndrome, and voice disorders. During the pandemic, I worked closely with essential workers, helping them build resilience and navigate extreme stress. I also collaborate with organisations to support employees in regulating their nervous systems, managing anxiety, and building confidence, particularly in performance-driven settings like one-on-one meetings, group discussions, panels, presentations, and conferences.

Tailored Therapeutic Techniques
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including: Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH); Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); Mindfulness & Positive Psychology.

Sessions
Sessions are available in Bristol and London, with online options for local, national and international clients. If you’d like to be notified when sessions in Bath resume, just let me know - I’d be happy to update you. For those who find movement beneficial to their therapeutic process, I offer walking and talking therapy, providing a dynamic, flexible setting. Each session is tailored to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Take the First Step
If you’re ready to take a positive step forward, I invite you to reach out - whether for an initial chat or a consultation or to explore how I can support you.

Additional information

Some clients choose to use some of their training or wellbeing budgets to pay for their sessions, and it is worth considering that this is also an option, especially for clients seeking help with public speaking, anxiety and stress management directly related to work performance. Hypnotherapy is also offered through some private healthcare providers. Private health cash plans allow you to spread the cost of certain healthcare expenses for a regular monthly premium. There are a variety of companies that provide this, with a range of benefits and costs.
