About me
Over the last 14 years, I have supported individuals from all walks of life across public and private sectors, helping them manage anxiety and stress, build confidence, and develop resilience. I work with adults online and in person in Bristol, London, Bath, and internationally.
My expertise includes helping people manage general anxiety, performance anxiety, social anxiety, workplace stress, and specific fears such as fear of public speaking, while supporting them in developing resilience and confidence in high-pressure situations. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including professional performing artists in music, theatre, television, and in the conceptual arts, as well as professionals in law, civil service, healthcare, education, and creative industries. I’ve also supported junior doctors with exam anxiety and legal professionals in achieving a healthier work-life balance.
Beyond workplace and performance coaching, I assist clients facing personal challenges, such as preparing for medical procedures, recovering from injury, and managing stress related to IBS, shy bladder syndrome, or voice- or nervous-system-related difficulties, always alongside appropriate medical care. During the pandemic, I worked closely with essential workers to build resilience and navigate extreme stress. I also collaborate with organisations to help employees regulate their nervous systems, manage anxiety, and build confidence in meetings, presentations, panels, and conferences.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and performance coaching grounded in self-compassion. Sessions are tailored to help clients move forward with clarity, calm, confidence, and resilience.
I work with clients referred by their GP or recommended by past clients, helping them:
Understand and regulate their nervous system under pressure
Overcome anxiety, panic, and self-doubt
Manage blushing and social discomfort
Show up with presence and confidence in high-stakes situations
Clients I’ve supported have gone on to:
Speak and perform at global music and literary festivals, and at concerts
Deliver talks, webinars, and live performances
Better manage stress around health-related issues and prepare for medical procedures or high-stakes exams
Build confidence in meetings, pitches, and panels
Feel more at ease in social and networking situations
From preparing for a keynote to navigating burnout, recovering from injury, or building visibility as a sensitive leader, I offer a safe, inclusive space to explore fear, reframe challenges, and make meaningful progress - always at your own pace.

Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a complimentary 10-minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs and address any questions you may have. Consultations and follow-up sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, either online (£75) or in person (£80).
Some clients choose to use part of their workplace training or wellbeing budget to help cover the cost of their sessions. This can be a great option, particularly for those seeking support with public speaking, anxiety, or stress management.
Hypnotherapy is also offered through some private healthcare providers. Private health cash plans allow you to spread the cost of certain healthcare expenses for a regular monthly premium.
