Therefore, I'm currently working with clients online, via Zoom, and also over the telephone; both of which have proved very effective.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist with the prestigious Clifton Practice and I hold the Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
I have over 8 years of experience in helping hundreds of people to positively change their lives with hypnotherapy.
I attend regular supervision sessions and continually update my skills by attending CPD courses related to my profession.
I have previously worked in a variety of care settings as a qualified nursery nurse with young children; with women and children in a women’s refuge and with vulnerable adults who have learning disabilities, as a Community Support Worker.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Anxiety or panic is what we experience when our body senses a threat or danger around us, whether it's real or imagined.
It's an instinctive response where we will try to ‘fight’ the threat, take ‘flight’ from the threat or ‘freeze’ in the face of the threat.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you to relax more, change your perspective and improve the way you think, feel and react in difficult situations.
£70.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session
Initially I offer a FREE 15 minute, no obligation telephone or Zoom consultation; which allows me to explain a little more about what to expect and how the sessions may help you and also allows you to ask any questions you may have.
Once you are happy to go ahead the fee per session is £70 and each session will be approximately 1 hour in length. The exception is quit smoking which consists of 1 x 2 hour session or 2 x 1 hour sessions = £140.
I will be able to give you an indication of how many sessions you are likely to need after the first session but, on average, I see most people for between 4-8 sessions. I ask for payment to be made the day before each session via BACS transfer.
Please remember; commitment and motivation are necessary to gain the most benefit from the sessions.
