About me
My name is Anna and I am a Life Coach & Hypnotherapist. I help people realize goals that they've been dreaming of for a long time, yet they are still just dreams. I will work with you to address any blocks or insecurities that are in your way of making that first step to living your best life. I will help you address any limitations and work with you to overcome them.
Coaching linked with hypnotherapy is a powerful combination. Hypnotherapy allows me to reach into the subconscious mind and bring into the forefront things that you are currently doing automatically without realisation. Through hypnosis I can identify them and then work with you to overcome those destructive behavoiurs.
I always believed in law of attraction, but visualizing how we want life to be is hard work for some people. Hypnotherapy allowed me to find the way in linking positive thinking through suggestions that will help you change your approach to things.

Initial session is for free as I believe that we are not able to work with everyone - so I want to give you an opportunity to meet me and see if we click.
Standard follow up sessions after that cost £80 per hour.
Smoking Cessation cost £300 per 2 hour one off session.
Weight loss individual programme £550 for 8 sessions
