About me

Hello, I'm Ann Mason an experienced, highly qualified, ethical and CNHC Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a solid background in healthcare based in Adlington, Chorley.

I’m experienced in and passionate about my specialisms which are:

anxiety disorders, emotional difficulties, phobias, children's issues and health related problems such as IBS and pain management

I use a variety of Advanced Hypnotherapy methods combined with other therapeutic processes all of which are tried and tested. When tailored to each individual need... problems and issues, sometimes complex or lifelong, may be resolved in just a few sessions.

I'm a former nurse who, for 9 years has specialised in Clinical Hypnotherapy. My nursing underpins the knowledge of medical conditions and expertise in emotionally supporting those who have been affected by trauma and illness.

My approach is open, warm and non- judgemental so that you can be at ease to be yourself.

Feeling at ease and comfortable with your hypnotherapist is an essential factor which is why I offer a free, no obligation initial consultation of 45 mins.

Audio recordings are provided so that you have CD’s / mp3’s for your home use. Using recordings between sessions generates much better long term results.

Home visits of about a 10 mile radius are available if you are unable travel to my therapy room. This service is of value especially for anyone who is agoraphobic, in a lot of pain or who is very uncomfortable going to somewhere new. NB. I'm unable to offer home visits during this current COVID-19 situation.

You can be assured of a professional, friendly and confidential service.

If you’d like to discuss your particular issue, ask any questions or arrange a free, no obligation initial consultation, please give me a call on 01257 483 463 / 07754 180 049 or leave a message on the contact page.

I look forward to hearing from you.
