About me
Angie specialises in treatments for anxiety and stressful conditions. I live in Evesham, Worcestershire, so am close to the Warwickshire/Gloucester border. I am also willing to make local home visits. Through Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, EMDR (Eye Movement Therapy) and Regression Therapy, I am able to help you make the changes you want to make. This means I can help with anything that is causing you concern, from anxiety / stress, depression & PTSD; confidence and performance; fears and phobias to weight control and eating disorders including IBS, smoking, and allergies, and much more
I use a combination of skills to find the best way for you to make the changes you want, getting rid of your old ways and habits and making you the best you can be. I find that having a comprehensive tool box means I have the skills to develop the best approach and tailor the sessions to match your individual needs.
Angie is also a qualified Human Resource Practitioner and understands the stresses and anxieties arising from working in or running a business and has worked with many managers to improve their performance, communication skills or to allow them to let go of their stress and be more effective.
