I am an Accredited Counsellor, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with many years of experience working in Mental Health supporting people to overcome their troubles.
If you are experiencing Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, a phobia or feel stuck in a rut etc Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you to break the cycle of negativity you may be currently experiencing, overcome whatever is holding you back and live a happier life.
Sessions are available face to face in my therapy room in the Rochdale area of Middleton, by telephone or online - the choice is yours.
