About me

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist specialising in hypnotherapy for adults and adolescents helping you to feel good being you, the unique and authentic you.

My therapy space is calm, confidential and non-judgemental so you can explore what is bothering you in a safe and supportive environment. I have strong ethical principles and professional standards. I am a natural empath, known for my caring and warm style, making you feel at ease and safe in every session, helping you to relax and promote wellbeing so you can live the life you truly wish for, feeling good being you.

I strive to help people find alternative solutions to thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are no longer serving them, to live the happy and successful life they truly want to.

My background is in Financial Services so I can fully appreciate the pressures of corporate life and how this can impact a persons wellbeing. After receiving hypnotherapy many years ago for confidence at work and then later for a fear of driving following an accident, I decided to learn the skills myself. I can help you to boost your confidence and self-esteem to deal with whatever is bothering you so you truly can feel good being you.

I can help with stress and worry, low self-confidence and low self-esteem, phobias, addiction, weight loss, quit smoking, sleep problems, fears and many more.

Please contact me to explore how hypnotherapy can help you today.
