About me
Many of the people who come to see me appear to be coping well on the outside. They manage careers, families, relationships and responsibilities. But internally they are exhausted from overthinking, anxiety, stress, low self-worth, people pleasing, or feeling stuck in patterns they can't seem to change. They often know what they want to do, but something deeper keeps pulling them back.
I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. My approach combines evidence based therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness and practical tools that clients can use in every day life. Sessions are nurturing, supportive and compassionate. I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to explore what is holding them back and empowered enough to move forward.
Whether you struggle with anxiety, low self esteem, overwhelm, excessive thoughts, or feeling stuck in old patterns, therapy provides a space to understand your mind differently and create meaningful change.
Hypnotherapy allows us to work at a deeper level, helping to calm the nervous system and challenge unhelpful patterns. My aim is not simply to help you manage anxiety, but to help you feel more like yourself again.
If you are ready to stop merely surviving and begin living with greater calm, confidence and self-belief, I can to support you.
