About me

Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted by a mind that never seems to switch off?

Perhaps you overthink everything, experience panic or persistent worry, struggle with confidence, or keep repeating patterns you understand but still can't seem to change. You may appear to be coping on the outside while, inside, you feel lost, disconnected from yourself or unsure of who you are anymore.

You don't have to keep managing it alone.

I'm Agnes, a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, offering a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can understand what may be keeping you stuck and begin creating meaningful change.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, panic, overthinking, stress, emotional overwhelm, low confidence and self-esteem, fears and phobias, unwanted habits and smoking cessation. I also work with people experiencing identity struggles or a loss of sense of self  particularly when life changes, relationships or years of putting others first have left them feeling disconnected from who they are and what they want.

My approach is personal rather than one-size-fits-all.

Every session is shaped around you, your experiences, your goals and what you need from therapy. Using clinical hypnotherapy alongside guided imagery, therapeutic visualisation, relaxation and emotional awareness, we can work with deeper patterns and automatic responses that may be influencing how you think, feel and behave.

My therapeutic style is calm, compassionate and professional. You will be met without judgement, you remain in control throughout, and we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I offer online sessions throughout the UK and internationally in English, Polish and Portuguese, allowing you to have therapy in the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrative Therapist, offering a personalised and compassionate approach to therapy that brings together clinical hypnotherapy, counselling skills and a range of therapeutic techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
My professional training includes a Diploma in Transpersonal & Regressive Clinical Hypnosis, NCFE CACHE Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Counselling Skills, alongside specialist training in regressive hypnosis.
I am a Registered Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and practise in accordance with professional and ethical standards. I am committed to ongoing professional development, reflective practice and continually developing my therapeutic knowledge and skills.

My therapeutic approach

I believe therapy should be shaped around the person rather than asking the person to fit a particular method. Every client brings a different history, personality, set of experiences and goals, so my approach is integrative, collaborative and individually tailored.
mindfuDepending on your needs, our work may incorporate clinical hypnotherapy, solution-focused techniques, guided imagery, therapeutic visualisation, mindfulness, relaxation and breathing techniques, counselling skills, emotional regulation strategies and subconscious-focused therapeutic work.

I may also introduce practical therapeutic exercises and techniques to use between sessions, giving you tools to continue the therapeutic process in everyday life. These may support areas such as calming the nervous system, managing overwhelming thoughts and emotions, developing greater self-awareness, strengthening confidence and reinforcing new patterns of thinking and responding.
Hypnotherapy is not about losing control or having someone else take control of your mind. I see it as a collaborative therapeutic process in which focused attention, relaxation and therapeutic suggestion can be used to explore patterns, access inner resources and support the changes you would like to make.

Areas I work with

I support adults experiencing anxiety, panic, persistent worry and overthinking, stress and emotional overwhelm, low confidence and self-esteem, fears and phobias, unwanted habits and smoking cessation.
I also work with people who may outwardly appear to be coping but internally feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves or uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to understand what may be maintaining these patterns while developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
My aim is not simply to focus on a symptom in isolation, but to understand the person experiencing it and work towards greater emotional balance, resilience, confidence and a stronger connection with yourself.

Regression work

I have specialist training in regressive hypnosis and, where appropriate, regression-based approaches can form part of our therapeutic work. This may involve exploring earlier experiences, emotional associations or recurring patterns that appear relevant to what you are experiencing in the present.

For clients specifically interested in this area, I also offer past-life regression as an exploratory experience. This work does not require you to hold any particular spiritual or religious belief, and experiences arising during regression are approached with curiosity rather than presented as objectively verified memories or historical events.
Regression is not automatically appropriate for every client, and its suitability can be discussed before deciding whether it should form part of our work together.

Experience and professional values

Alongside my therapeutic training, I bring over 15 years of experience in people-centred roles. This has given me a deep appreciation of communication, emotional awareness, individual differences and, above all, the importance of creating relationships in which people feel genuinely heard and respected.

I aim to provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental therapeutic space where you can explore difficult thoughts, feelings or patterns at a pace that feels manageable for you.

My work is grounded in compassion, professional boundaries and respect for each client's individuality. I will not assume that one technique is right for everyone, and we can regularly reflect on what is most helpful for you and adapt our work accordingly.

Sessions are available online across the UK, offering the flexibility to access therapy from a private and comfortable environment. I work in English, Polish and Portuguese.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, ensuring that my work remains ethical, responsible, compassionate and responsive to each client's individual needs and goals.

Further information

My work is grounded in clinical hypnotherapy, integrated with guided imagery, relaxation techniques, subconscious-focused processes and emotional regulation strategies. Where appropriate, I may also introduce simple therapeutic exercises and practical techniques that can be used between sessions to support the work we do together.

Each session is individually tailored rather than following a fixed script. I work in a calm, paced and collaborative way, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, trust and maintaining your sense of control throughout the process. You do not need to know how to relax, clear your mind or “be good at hypnosis” before beginning.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation. You remain aware and in control throughout the experience. It is not sleep, and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Within this focused state, hypnotherapy can provide an opportunity to work with thoughts, emotions, habits and underlying patterns in a different way. Depending on your individual needs, I may incorporate guided imagery, focused relaxation, therapeutic suggestion, emotional regulation exercises and subconscious-focused work.

You remain an active participant throughout the process and can speak, move or stop at any time.

Who might benefit from my approach?

My approach may be particularly helpful if you appear to be coping well externally, while internally experiencing:

  • persistent overthinking or mental noise
  • emotional overwhelm or accumulated stress
  • low confidence or self-critical thinking patterns
  • difficulty relaxing or switching off
  • feeling stuck in repetitive emotional or behavioural cycles

Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, our work can explore the deeper patterns and emotional responses that may sit beneath the presenting difficulty. By understanding and working with what may be maintaining the problem, therapy can focus not only on how you feel today, but on supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

The focus is not on forcing change, but on creating the internal conditions that allow change to emerge in a more natural, stable and sustainable way.

Free 20-minute initial consultation

Before beginning therapeutic work, I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to change, answer any questions you may have and consider whether my approach feels appropriate for your needs.

If we decide to work together, your first full session may last up to 90 minutes, allowing additional time to explore your history, current concerns, goals and the patterns you would like to work with before moving into the therapeutic process. Subsequent sessions are normally 60 minutes.

A safe and professional approach

Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Where appropriate, I encourage clients to consult their GP or relevant healthcare provider regarding physical or mental health concerns.

My intention is to provide a grounded, supportive and confidential therapeutic space where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply and begin reconnecting with your own internal resources  moving towards greater emotional clarity, confidence and balance.
