Weight management course
If you have yoyo dieted for years and never quite understood why, when you try so hard, you don't get the results you want, or you live for each new Monday morning fresh start (again?) this course is for you.
This is a six week course (6 x 1 hour weekly sessions) and aimed to help you better understand how our body and mind work together and the hormones/chemicals that can affect your weight and goals.
Each week we will look at a different area, followed by the setting of small goals and then 15-20 relaxation at the end to help the brain take the plan onboard. This is not a course telling you what to eat... most of us know that already, but as a nutritionist, I can offer advice after the session if required. I look forward to meeting you.
