Self-hypnosis is a technique that with practice can help you to create relief for many physical, psychological and emotional conditions.
NLP means neuro-linguistic programming which describes the fundamental dynamics between mind, and language and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour.
Mind calm is the modern-day meditation technique that gives you 'peace with mind'. Instead of having to stop your thoughts, change your emotions or perfect your life before you can enjoy serenity and success. Mind calm can help you to access the inner states of calm, clarity, confidence and contentment now.
The workshops can teach you to access your inner state of calm, help you to perform at your best, sleep better and increase creativity and confidence.
Workshops are available on Wednesday afternoon 1pm till 2.30pm, Thursday morning 10am till 11.30am and Friday afternoon 4pm till 5.30pm. If you are interested please email me for available dates.
