From personal experience, I know how hard it can be to stay calm amid constant turbulence. The voice in my head was constantly telling me I was not good enough. That constant chatter and the pictures I saw kept me preoccupied.
The moment I decided to step toward change and learned to incorporate calm and let go of stress, I regained control of my mind enough to live a life I truly love.

The British Institute of Hypnotherapy is a long established association of hypnotherapists/psychotherapists and NLP practitioners who are committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence. BIH members are required to provide proof of training to a suitable level before being accepted and are expected to work within the boundaries of the Institutes Code of Practice. It is a condition of membership that members have full professional indemnity insurance cover and are also made aware of the fact that the BIH operates a complaints procedure.

Additional information
Individual sessions are available in 60- to 90-minute blocks, or packages of up to 2 hours, with ongoing support for a few months.
Clear headspace workshops are available, typically held over two mornings, with groups of 4 to 6 participants. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
