This one day Workshop is for all therapists who want to gain knowledge about EFT which is such a valuable tool in the therapy room.

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional problems for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. It brings about relaxation, a brighter outlook, better health, more energy and focus, added self-esteem and helps to relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain and a multitude of other ailments and issues.

EFT restores awareness and trust in the natural healing abilities of our mind and body, providing ground-breaking opportunities to achieving physical and emotional well-being in a faster time frame.  Because the techniques are so simple, they can be used effectively as a self-help tool, which empowers people to actively contribute to their own healing and development process.

What you will learn on the workshop:

  • The history of EFT
  • When and how to use EFT
  • How to structure your EFT starting sentences
  • How to measure before and after EFT results
  • EFT meridian trigger points needed to create positive results

This workshop is practical in nature and you will have the opportunity to work on and experience others working on real issues which will motivate and inspire you.
