Accredited course to get you ready to run meditation or relaxation classes. Broaden your practice if you are already a therapist, begin a new project if not.

Accredited by the CMA and ACCPH.

The course concentrates on the practicalities of teaching and running classes, it does not teach you to meditate. This means you need to have some familiarity with meditation, mindfulness or similar techniques before you come. If you don't, we also have a home-study course on mindfulness which you can take as preparation for this one. Please ask for details.
