As a hypnotherapist, I specialise in the menopause and helping women manage their own symptoms as I believe this therapy has a lot to offer.
I originally worked as a medical journalist, writing about illness and medicine to educate both the public and doctors so I enjoy communicating with people about new things and how they could help them.
