Friday unwind: Group guided relaxation
Phew! It's Friday and the weekend is fast approaching. Has it been a long week? Long month? Do you need to de-stress? You can find space here for rest and calm so that you can enjoy your weekend more.
This session will last 20 minutes with 5 minutes either side of this for arriving and coming round at the end.
Please arrive promptly in the Zoom meeting by 5.05pm or unfortunately you will not be admitted. All you need to do for these sessions is get comfortable somewhere you won't be disturbed and simply let me read to you. I'll guide you through breathing exercises, relaxing your body, gentle positive visualisations and stories. So you don't really need to do anything but show up and enjoy! :)
Please don’t worry if you’re someone who doesn’t usually relax or you struggle to visualise things – just go with it and see what happens. There’s no need to put pressure on yourself to feel a certain way. Everyone is different.
