About me

***Free initial consultation - sessions thereafter charged at £60 and available in Brighton, Central London and remotely***

Thank you for visiting my hypnotherapy page! My name is Charlie and I am a successful Hypnotherapist (qualifying with Distinction) with an MA in Psychology and a BA in Philosophy. I use hypnotherapy every day to help people fulfill their goals and I hope very much that you will be the next person to experience the power of hypnotherapy and enjoy changes that it can facilitate. I also offer psychotherapy, life coaching and CBT - often in conjunction with hypnosis.

I am very happy to offer my clients a free initial consultation within which we would discuss your goals and decide upon the most effective method in which to achieve them; this session also gives you an opportunity to decide whether I am the correct hypnotherapist for you. My sessions thereafter are charged at £60 per 50 minute session. My clients always comment upon how quickly they feel at ease upon undertaking work with me and how friendly and relaxed the atmosphere is so if looking for a hypnotherapist is proving a rather daunting task then I may well be the therapist that you are looking for!

My goal, with regard to therapy, is simple: I am here to empower you through the facilitation of positive change within your life. My approach is friendly and open-minded but also very much focused on achieving the goals that you have specified.   Every single part of my service is created specifically for the client in question and tailored to their needs - this type of bespoke attention is one of the things that many of my clients comment upon. On top of this, I also often use specialised recording equipment in order to incorporate music (often of the client's choosing) into my hypnotherapy which can serve to heighten relaxation and add an additional personalised touch to my service. The most inspiring message that I can share with you today is that hypnotherapy works and that I use it to change people's lives on a daily basis which is an incredibly rewarding and gratifying undertaking. I currently work with a variety of clients all of whom have differing goals and preferred outcomes - some of my areas of expertise include:

  • improved sporting performance
  • weight issues
  • personal relationships/dating
  • couples counselling
  • anxiety/stress/depression
  • smoking
  • addiction
  • low self-esteem
  • anger
  • exam nerves
  • hypno-birthing

Please feel free to get in touch at any point to book your free consultation, I look very much forward to working with you and helping you to achieve you goals!

What happens once I get in contact?

Having made an enquiry I will be in touch shortly thereafter to discuss the nature of work that you would like us to undertake. We will then arrange a convenient time for you to visit me for an initial consultation wherein I will learn more about you and your specific goals. At this point we will outline a flexible schedule within which we will aim for your goals to be met (our work may take 1 session or it may be ongoing; it may involve hypnotherapy, psychotherapy or a blend of both).

Subsequently we will be ready to proceed and, through the vehicles of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy (both of which will be tailored precisely to your unique goals and personality), we will work together to facilitate positive change and to get you the results that you want.

What some of my recent clients have said ...

"I saw hypnotherapy as a last resort, I wish I had found you sooner ..."

"I walked out, having seen you, the happiest I've felt in ages ..."

“I feel incredibly focused … I found that I could concentrate for longer and didn’t get distracted at all”

"Thanks so much for the sessions, I feel amazing ..."

"You really do have a gift and you have used it to help me find a life worth living again ..."

"Incredible session today, I think we are on to a winner here!"

"A very big thank you for helping me with this. i am very grateful to you!"

I would love for you to be my next amazing reference: please get in contact today to find out how hypnotherapy or psychotherapy could change your life!

I have kept my profile intentionally brief as I'm sure there is much to digest but please do not hesitate to get in contact with me via phone (07975533669) or via my website (www.londonhypno.co.uk). I look very much forward to hearing from you!
