This will be a fun and informal workshop where we will be:

1. Learning about the science behind stress and what happens when we experience it.
2. Why stress doesn't have to be stressful.
3. Identifying one of the biggest causes of stress and how to manage it.
4. Learn a powerful technique to get in touch with your inner calm.
5. Enjoy a lovely, deep restorative relaxation (the recording will be provided after the workshop).

Stress has become a word we throw around a lot in modern, western culture. Unfortunately, many of us are resigned to its negative impact on our lives. It's highly likely that you or someone you know has had to take time off work because of stress. In my previous career as a lawyer, stress was rife in my working environment and I used to struggle to keep my stress levels in check.

The good news is that cognitive hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful way of helping us overcome stress. In this workshop, I will be teaching you techniques to overcome stress and also how to look at stress in a new way so you can change your relationship with it for good. Imagine how different your life would be if you knew that you could manage stress calmly and confidently when challenges come your way?
